Some bodies publish enough of their people’s addresses that the shape becomes clear — 0 of them here. Where that is true, an address for somebody else at the same body can be worked out. It is a guess, and it is presented as one.
A body only appears below once at least five different people’s addresses have been published in the same shape, that shape accounts for at least nine in ten of them, and one of the examples is recent. Nothing here is checked with the person or with the department.
