It is Find a Tender, the UK’s procurement notice service, on a rolling ninety days — about 26,000 notices from 2,500 buyers at any moment, which is more than the rest of the corpus on this site put together. That is why it holds a window rather than a history.
Matching works from the buyer’s own classification rather than from the words of the notice. A tender title is the worst text here — “Provision of Lot 2 Services”, “RM6263 Call-Off” — but the buyer files a code against it when they publish, and that code was chosen by somebody who knew what they were buying.
Who won
An award notice names the supplier that got the work, and what it is worth. There are 19,833 of them in the current window, at a median of £126,000 each.

Search and filters
A value is what the buyer put on the notice. On a framework it is the ceiling of the whole arrangement rather than money anyone has spent, so the largest entries here are agreements, not cheques. About one notice in seven carries no value at all; those sit under No value stated.
